A confirmed entry can’t be refunded on its own. If we cancel a competition, every order is refunded in full.

If a competition is cancelled
Every order for it is refunded in full to your wallet. Prizes already credited to your wallet are not taken back. Competitions close on time and every advertised prize stands, however many tickets sell.
Why a confirmed entry isn’t refunded on its own
You confirm
Your tickets are confirmed straight after checkout.
The result is saved
For instant tickets, a later public number decides the result before it is revealed.
The reveal shows it
Replaying never buys another ticket or changes the prize.
Your tickets are confirmed straight after checkout. For instant games, the first public random number published at least a second after entry locks decides the result, which is saved before the reveal. Replaying or revealing a result never buys another ticket, and nothing about the animation can change the prize. That is why a confirmed entry cannot be undone.
A charge you don’t recognise, or a payment that went wrong
Contact us first. Open Support in your account, or email [email protected], and quote your order or transaction reference. Don’t repeat a payment just because the screen didn’t update. If you raise a dispute with your bank or card scheme, we supply the records for the order to them.
Your wallet balance
Your wallet is a service balance for use on Hoardsy, not a bank account or investment. You can withdraw eligible cash from it; see payments and withdrawals. Promotional credit has no cash value and can’t be withdrawn.
Your legal rights
This page does not remove any cancellation, refund or other right you have under applicable consumer law.
