How each prize reaches you

  1. Instant cash

Credited to your wallet straight away. Withdraw it to your bank account.

  2. End-draw cash

Paid by bank transfer to an account in your own name.

  3. Item prizes

Send your delivery details in Inventory and we post it to you.

  4. Claim within 60 days

Or we credit the stated cash alternative to your wallet, so a prize is never lost.

Where your prize shows

Item prizes wait in My inventory: tap the item to withdraw it or take the cash, and to follow its delivery. Every ticket and result stays in My entries. A recorded win and a completed payout or delivery are separate statuses. Follow the claim instructions and eligibility checks shown for your prize.

Cash prizes

Instant cash prizes are credited to your wallet straight away. Withdraw them to your bank account; withdrawals reach you within 1 to 5 working days. See payments and withdrawals.

A cash prize won in an end draw is paid by bank transfer to an account in your own name. Add your bank details from the prize in My entries; payment reaches you within 1 to 5 working days of that.

Item prizes

Send your delivery details in Inventory. Item prizes arrive within 1 to 5 working days of you sending them.

Claim deadline

Cash prizes never expire. Claim an item prize within 60 days of being told you have won. If you haven’t, we credit its stated cash alternative to your wallet instead, so a prize is never lost.

The cash alternative

Item prizes carry a stated cash alternative that is set before a ticket is sold. Read cash alternatives explained. No unadvertised substitute is promised.

Your name

Your username is masked for other players. Where a win is shown publicly, you can hide your name in your chat profile.

If something is late

Message us in Support with your prize reference. A late payout or delivery goes straight to the team.

Fulfilment and any advertised alternative are governed by each competition’s published terms.
