Entering a competition
Adding money to your wallet does not enter a competition. Review the quantity and total before you confirm. Tickets are confirmed straight after checkout.
Withdrawing
Request a withdrawal in Wallet. It goes to your bank account and reaches you within 1 to 5 working days. Funds are reserved while a request is processed, and required checks are shown before you confirm.
Your balance
Your wallet is a service balance for use on Hoardsy, not a bank account or investment. Wallet shows every transaction. Promotional credit has no cash value and can’t be withdrawn.
Your limits
You can set a monthly spending limit at any time in Play Responsibly. Changes apply straight away.
Refunds and problems
